Working at Perspectief Herstelbemiddeling

Perspectief employs 24 mediators that facilitate mediations all over the Netherlands. Perspectief also has a national head office in Utrecht where five staff members work on policy, communication, and management. Two employees work at the registration point to take calls from clients and professionals, and to process incoming applications. Perspectief searches for mediators in different regions because the mediators work from home and within their area. This way, travel time and costs are limited. On a yearly basis, we receive about 1500 applications. Perspectief falls under the CAO Social Work.
